Think of our original Dubai Chewy Cookie structure: soft chewy exterior, crispy pistachio kataifi filling, bold texture contrast. The Milky version swaps the cocoa dust for a creamy milky shell finished with a milk powder blend. It reads lighter on the palate while keeping the crunch people chase in Dubai-style cookies.
We sell them by the half dozen (6 pcs) for $35, baked fresh after you order — not thawed from a wholesale tray.

Milky vs classic Dubai — which should you pick?
Choose classic Dubai if your group loves deep cocoa and a darker shell. Choose Milky Dubai if someone in the order dislikes cocoa powder or wants a cream-forward finish. Mixed half-and-half boxes are popular for first-time orders.
Both hold up well in Calgary car rides better than frosted cupcakes, which is why they show up in our custom cookie boxes alongside red velvet crinkles.
How far ahead to order pickup
For one or two half dozen boxes, three to five days notice is usually enough. Larger mixed orders or event quantities may need a full week. We confirm pickup time and location when your order is placed.
