No. Soft Bakes bakes to order, so deposits and payments are non-refundable. Once an order is placed or confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (there is no cancellation fee or cancel-for-refund option). Please read our Terms & Policies before paying.
Orders are pickup in Calgary. Exact pickup location is sent when your order is ready. Pickup areas: McKnight and Carrington.
Yes. Soft Bakes Rewards tracks orders with the phone number you use at checkout. After 12 confirmed orders you earn a free ube pandesal. Check progress anytime on our rewards page.
We bake fresh to order, so please give at least 48 hours notice. Larger custom or event orders usually need 1–2 weeks.
Our kitchen also handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy. Please tell us about any severe allergies before ordering.
